2. Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Drift Movement LLC about your trial or membership account. Messages may include class/session reminders, program confirmations, progress or performance reports, invoice and payment notifications.

If you separately opt in to promotional messages, you may also receive occasional offers and fitness center announcements. Consent to receive promotional messages is not a condition of purchase. 

You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box when you sign up for service.

3. Message Frequency

This is a recurring messaging program. Message frequency varies based on your class/training schedule and account activity.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Drift Movement LLC does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. Text START to join again.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.

This program is operated by Drift Movement LLC using software provided by GymMaster (gymmaster.com). Drift Movement LLC is the sender of all messages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted at driftmvmt.com/sms-terms with a new "Last updated" date.
