Our Classes

Our classes are not here to make you sore for the sake of sore. They’re here so you can keep getting better for years, not just for one race.

Quality Session — VO₂ Max, Threshold & Sprint Intervals

Our Quality sessions are where you learn to push hard, with purpose and control.

These classes focus on VO₂ max, threshold training, and sprint intervals — the systems that determine how fast and how long you can sustain high effort. Using heart-rate–based training, we dial in your personal pace zones, so you're always working at the right intensity for your current fitness level.

You start at your own pace, not someone else's. Over time, we gradually extend your time at threshold and above, teaching your body to stay composed and powerful when the effort gets uncomfortable.

Sprint intervals are used strategically to:

  • Boost top-end speed so your race pace feels easier

  • Improve your ability to change gears quickly during events (surges, transitions, stations)

  • Increase neuromuscular efficiency and power

  • Deliver big fitness gains in less total time

Programming is built around your competition calendar — building capacity before race day, a controlled deload heading into it, and a strategic reset afterward so you come back stronger, not back to zero.

If you want to race faster, hold pace longer, and stop redlining too early, this is your class.

Station Prep — Hyrox-Focused Strength

A 60-minute session combining different strength and conditioning methods to improve strength, capacity, proficiency and skill in each Hyrox movement.

We focus on the major Hyrox movement patterns and stations — sleds, lunges, carries, row/ski/assault efforts, and running support strength — so you're not just "getting stronger," you're getting stronger in the exact ways you need for your race, or for everyday life.

What to expect:

  • Hyrox-relevant movements and general strength training — no junk volume

  • Smart progressions for strength, stability, and power

  • Technique coaching to make you more efficient, not just more tired

Perfect whether you're training for general health or your next Hyrox race.

Lift — Weight-based Strength Training

A slower-paced strength session built around heavier lifts, clean technique, and attention to detail.

  • A more deliberate pace than our other classes, designed to let you focus on form

  • Heavier lifting with a focus on general strength movements

  • Hands-on coaching cues throughout

  • A structured program that progresses over time — real, measurable strength, not random lifting
