Drift Movement is a premium functional fitness concept delivering dynamic HIIT classes for athletes of all levels.
Drift Movement Class Summary:
We offer 4 core classes—Conditioning, Complete, Lift and Drift Strength.
The Conditioning Class follows a progressive yearly plan aimed at developing the efficiency and capacity of the aerobic engine. Expect targeted sprint efforts, VO2 max intervals, and threshold efforts scaled to your current fitness level.
The Complete Class integrates both cardio and strength into a race-simulation format to prepare athletes for the full demands of a HYROX competition.
The Lift class is a full-body strength class using dumbbells and kettlebells to build muscle, improve strength, and support better body composition.
Drift Strength uses mixed-method strength training and power intervals to build strength, power, and work capacity—supporting both HYROX preparation and long-term athletic development.
All classes use HIIT principles and the same equipment but differ in their focus, structure, and intended outcome.
Drift is also a Hyrox training facility!

Monday-Thurs 5:30pm - Strength or Complete
Friday 4:30pm - Lift
Saturday 8am - Complete (Mini Sim)
Sunday 9:00am (90min) - Reset, Refine, Sprint, Build
